I have been practicing being strong with my least strong part. My weakest part. I map its boundaries, feel out it’s yes and no and then try to push past… I have not smoked for 13 years. It took a lot of failed attempts to finally quit because I thoroughly enjoyed smoking back in the day. Ok, I loved it. THERE I SAID IT. What do you do when everything seems to be falling apart? Moving forward and through is often times your best strategy and also the only way to find what you’re looking for. |
